Review BeautyPlus!

Hello, people! ^^

I’m missing this blog so much! Haha, since there are a lot of stuffs that I have to do in real life, so I need to reduce my spare time~ Please forgive me for my inactive :(

Even though the real life is a bit boring and sometimes it can be complicated too, but there is a thing that can make me happy. I mean, it can refresh me just in one click. Guess what is it?

Yeah, selfie time! Or, it is used to call with “selca” aka “self capture” in South Korea ^^

When I have my break time at school, I use it to take a selfie or group selfie with my classmates ^^ And I think it gives me more energy and happiness to do my next activity. Wait, does it sounds strange for you?

Well, as for me, not! Because when we did it, we can have a short chat and tell others about our experience or our problem. The picture itself can be a great memories~ ^^ Even if some people call us “narcist” or whatever it is… Haha! Sometimes you gotta be bold and have high rate of self confidence!

But, not every time I have a good mood to take a picture. There is always a time that I feel like “I’m not beautiful today” and I think this is the common problem among us, girls! I want to look perfect and flawless on picture so when other see it, they will be like “Oh, she is cute!” or something else. Especially when I have my period or bad hair day, it will be difficult for me to snap a picture ;(

Oh, and I tell you, don’t get me wrong! It doesn’t mean that my picture on Instagram or my other social media is a fake! No! Just like what Peishi Soh said, if we can look better than how we already are, then, why not? ^^

So, thanks to God, there are a lot of awesome inventions on Android and iPhone’s app that we can use to make us look better! xD

From worst to best~

My favorite one is BeautyPlus. I recently addict to this app for these few days. You will understand why I love this amazing app after I gave you a short explanation below ^^

So, now, do you understand why do I love this app? ^^

If you need to cover your face with much skin care and cosmetics before you take your selfie, no more hectic now! Just click, then edit your picture with BeautyPlus, and voilaaa~ Now you look so perfect :D

See? Since I have a one until three pimples on my face and those are annoying me so much, that’s why I need to cover it >< Dark spot also gone, haha!

You also can share your picture that you’ve edited before to your social media account, like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and etc ^^

The other great thing is this app is also available for Web ^^ So you can edit your picture on your computer or laptop. Teheee~ It's also popular in Japan, Thailand, and Taiwan. Wah, I can see it now o_O

Why do I love it :

1. Easy to use, just tap on the auto-retouch and it definitely beautify my face

2. Cover any imperfect in my face just by clicking on the beautify tools, that other app doesn’t have this!

3. Gives natural result, like makeup-no-makeup ^^

4. It has light correction also

Why do I don’t love it :

1. The 10  effects isn’t too good, I prefer Cymera more for vintage or soft effect

2. It can’t work well to remove the dark circles and bags under my eyes

So, after those review, I’ll give 4/5 for this app ^^ Good job! I can use it when I’m in a rush and I don’t have much time to put on my makeup, haha

September's Wish

Good evening~ ^^ (or whenever it is on your region, hehe)

At this beautiful Sunday, I don't know why but suddenly I got a big spirit to start the day. Usually I never feel this, hehe, since I'm a kind of lazy person. I woke up on early morning (about 5 a.m) and got ready to do my homework. Well, it's kinda weird to do all your tasks at a day-off (one precious day-off! T_T) but it is something that happened commonly among me and all my classmates... Poor we are, huhu~

So that's why I think about "why don't you go for a holiday?"

For instant, I will say : "YES, LET'S GO FOR A HOLIDAY T^T"

But, that is really impossible because I still have a full schedule of school and holiday will start on late December... And at early of January I will spend my week with traveling around Bali. I mean, yes, IT IS BALI! THAT PRETTY AND SUPER BEAUTIFUL ISLAND! T^T

But... Early of January is... still 4 months to go. I don't think I can wait for it. Such a long long long time to go!

As you can see, my biggest wish for this time is : HOLIDAY. I've just realized this when I'm heading to last grade of Senior High School. I've just started the school for about 3 weeks and I got a ton of tasks already. And it succeeded to make me exhausted -_-

Not just holiday, but there are still a lot of stuffs that I want so badly. So today, I'll let you to take a peek on my wishlist (LOL, I don't think you want to know it). Probably there are a few of you who want to give one of these stuffs for me? Awww, such a generous ^^

SAMSUNG GALAXY MEGA 6.3

There is no specific reason why I want to get this over iPhone. First, it is a product with brand from South Korea (as expected from a K-Popers, LOL). Second, Jonghyun SHINee has it! And lastly, I don't have any cell phone right now.

Wait.

I told you that I don't have any cell phone right now. I'm serious! My last Samsung Galaxy Star is stolen and my Mom refused to by me the new one because as for her it was my fault. Mom, blame that thief! T^T

This stuff should be listed as "daily-life-needed", not a wishlist...

ULZZANG FASHION

OMG! Those outfits are way too much cute! >_< Why ulzzang has such that great, amazing, cute, and freaking beauty styleeeeeee! ENVY ENVY ENVY!

I want to have it, for real! Mom always promise to give me one but until now she says "You have many shirts, no use to buy the new one." Oh, such a great betrayal... -_-

Or, at the other day, she will say "The skirt is too short! I won't let you walk around using it!" Yes, my Mom warns me a lot about the urgently of dressing. It should polite enough to be wore. Not just my Mom, but my Grandma thinks so. It's blocked me!

That's why I'm looking for a "polite-outfit-to-be-wore", and it is a bit difficult in Indonesia. Our fashion style grows a bit slower, one step behind other countries, and I only can found it in Online Shop. Well, not every Online Shop does the same, but, sometimes, they are not serious on selling and it is pricey.

WIG

 

The famous one in Indonesia's Online Shop is this Pink Coco. I want to do an experiment with my hair, like trial and error, but... I don't think I can afford the result as well, hehe ^^ So I decided to buy a wig right before I go to Bali! Not just wig, but also all those stuffs that I mentioned above!

I choose natural and warm brown shades because I have a dark skin tone. Well, it is not that dark but my skin doesn't allow me to use bright color -_-" SO, I'm a bit picky about color ^^ With bang, of course! Bang is a half of my life~

The price is about 200.000 rupiahs... Ugh, need to save more money T^T

MAKEUP CASE

Ah... Makeup case... Until now I still haven't got any box to store my makeup kit ^^ How poor I am. This one isn't too pricey so wish I can get it soon! Pink? No doubt, it is a perfect color to be~

Well, those are my wishlist. LOL, I'm a bit embarrassed when I share this, but it's okay~ Since everyone have at least once time to share what do they think about something and also about their dream ^^

Who Impressed Me

Hello~ ^^

Well, I feel like in a high level of blogging today, haha! Even though I'm a bit sick now but that doesn't mean I lose my passion on writing! Actually, it is just because I have nothing to do, hehe, so I decided to go surfing...

Alright, back to the topic! >_<

At this post I want to tell you about people who impressed me a lot. I mean, it will be about people who give me a lot of influence. I'm a person who likes beauty, make up, cute, princess stuff, and etc. But sometimes, it is difficult to learn all about beauty and fashion alone. And thanks to God because He creates an amazing creature called "human", which then "human" create "internet", and "internet" shows me there are a lot of amazing people outside there who can teach me how to apply make up and care my skin, or shows me their outfit of the day.

YES, they are beauty blogger.

I started to know beauty blogger about a years ago, when I knew about ulzzang. As we know, Korean's people (not just the ulzzang), pay a big attention to their skin. Not just the woman but also the man. I'm curious about what did they do or what kind of product did they use. And when you type it on Google, you can see a bunch of people who wrote review about the product which soon be called as make up and skin care, originally come from Korea.

Since that time I noticed that there are just a few people who really serious on blogging about make up and skin care stuff. Today, I will share to you my favorite beauty blogger ^^ The thing that surprise me is : there is also Indonesian beauty blogger! Yeay~

Peishi Soh

The similar thing that you find out from beauty blogger is their blog layout which is, no doubt, unique and eye-catching. Peishi Soh comes from Singapore and her huge picture is used as the header. Looks, so pretty right?

Not just a beauty blogger, she ever played on a mini video by JTV on "Love Out Loud" series. She commonly post about beauty, make up review, her activity in real life, and also outfit of the day ^^ I really like her beauty tutorial! It's easy to learn.

My Lovely Sister

The next is a beauty blogger from Indonesia. My Lovely Sister is a blog by Aini and Eve. I think they are a best buddy, hehe. This blog also have unique and pretty layout, also the other plus point is they use Bahasa! Haha, well, our own language is the best for our tongue... ^^

My Lovely Sister post commonly about beauty tutorial, make up and book review, Aini and Eve's daily activity, and... My most favorite one is : they share photography tutorial! No doubt that My Lovely Sister's picture on every of their post always look clean and neat~

Stella Lee

This time, a big doodle art welcome us on Stella Lee's blog. Stella Lee is a beauty blogger from Indonesia, who uses English mostly on her post. Rather than Korea, she likes Japan so much! You can see it from the header which contains ramen bowl, L'Arc-en-Ciel, Doraemon, Shibuya, and Gackt's doodle. ^^

The layout of her blog is also unique, it is more in to cute and kawaii, just like her favorite things. In this blog she share about her trip to Japan, beauty tutorial, make up review, and outfit of the day. I love to visit her blog because she is so humble and kind. I mean, she updates everything about Japan and the post is complete, full of information that you need before you decided to have a trip to Japan.

Elle and Jess Yamada isn't their real name, hoho, but when they are asked why did they use that name, they simply replied because some people think they are Japanese. If you recognize it from their face, it means I'm not alone. As for me, yes, they look like Japanese!

See? And also, they look similar each other... Twin, probably? Until now I still can't differentiate them, hehe >_<

Elle and Jess Yamada are Indonesian. Not alone, Bolu the Cat, their pet, also accompany them in most of their post. Elle and Jess Yamada mostly post about beauty, health, make up review, their activity and trip, and outfit of the day. I really love their style because it looks fresh and youth. Fortunately, they open an online shop, specially to sell the outfit that they wear! ^^ But for me, the price is just... Cough... Too expensive, haha.

Sasya is a mother with child. At first, I deny this because, OMG, look at her innocent face! I even can't accept the fact that she is married already, LOL. But, yeah, make up can trick you...

Sasya is Indonesia's beauty blogger and she uses Bahasa on her post. She posts a lot (as you can see on the header) about make up review and beauty tutorial. I really love her touch up! See? See? So similar right? Which is the real Krystal? Hehe ^^

Lovely August - Favorite of The Month

August flies fast like whoo and now here comes September. Well, I don’t really feel like there’s something precious on August except I joined again the dance club on my school (yeay!) which means I’ll be busier and busier, plus at the end of this month I have to go for dance competition ~_~ Wish me luck!

But since August has ended up, so why don’t we talk about the favorite stuff of the month? As for me, it is absolutely K-Drama! LOL, it’s impossible for a K-Pop’ers to do not pay attention at K-Drama, because, once you know it, you’ll dig more and more to fulfill your craving over it!

I’ve collected about 3-4 dramas and watched it a half, and I think this is time to review it ^^ Check this out~

You’re All Surrounded

(너희들은 포위됐다)

“LOL” is one word – if it could be said as word – that came up first when I saw this drama. It is an action and comedy drama with a bit of slice of life things. The lead role is Lee Seunggi as Eun Daegu / Kim Jiyong. I really expect much from this drama since Lee Seunggi, a well known actor, is played there as the lead role. We know that he has a great skill on acting and for this drama, yeah, he plays it good. I always love the way he express what does he feel, such as cry, mad, etc.

But, the one thing that caught my eyes is… THERE IS AHN JAEHYUN! Since I spotted him on “You Who Came From The Star”, I started to love him and his cutie pie image from hair to toe… Yes, Ahn Jaehyun, no kidding! I noticed that his skill on acting improve much in this drama, good job dear ^^

So the drama itself is about Kim Jiyong, who lives with his mom in Masan. One day, a mysterious man come and kill her mom in front of his eye. A detective – the legendary Seo Panseok – come to look after Kim Jiyong who is the only one eye witness on that murder. Kim Jiyong’s mom is murdered because she tries to witness a group of man who attacked a girl on the previous story. Seo Panseok promised to Kim Jiyong that he will protect his mom, but he couldn’t make it true. Kim Jiyong, who is upset to Seo Panseok, run away and deny to give his witness. Hold a grudge on his heart, he grows in the orphanage. He change his identity and name into Eun Daegu. He goes into law school and be a young detective, join other 3 members (include of Ahn Jaehyun as Park Tae-il >_<). In Gangam Police Station, he tries to find out what had happened 13 years ago.

I really like the story of this drama! All the action stuff and the way of detective work in police station are an exciting thing ^^ It gives me new knowledge and somehow it amazed me. The love story between Seo Panseok and his ex-wife is great too. The things that make me shocked is when I thought that Park Taeil is a gay but he is actually not! Haha >_<

 But, I got no thought when Eun Daegu falls in love with Eo Soo-sun, the only one girl members in the new class of officers. FYI, Eo Soo-sun is Kim Jiyong’s friend at middle school in Masan and fortunately they met again. As for me, Eun Daegu just simply loves her without any clear reason. Just because Eo Soo-sun is bold and persistent? Well, I don’t know, but this drama is worth to be watched ^^

Have you watched it? FYI, it has 20 episode in total, not a kind of long episode drama so you can watch it everyday ^^
